Setup instructions

1) Stand close to a wall and place your left hand on it.

2) Lift your right tricep towards the ceiling and lean it against the wall - place this hand behind your head.

3) Turn your body outwards slightly so you're side on against the wall.

Perform instructions

1) Hold this position until the end of the timer.
