BOSU Dome Around the World
- BOSU Ball · Medicine Ball · Wall Ball
- Quadriceps · Hamstrings · Glutes · Calves
1) Start with the BOSU dome side up with the ball in front.
2) Step on the BOSU with your left foot and place your right foot on top of the ball.
1) Roll the ball in a clockwise motion around the BOSU - keep in control!
