Dumbbell Around The World
1) Stand tall with the chest up, back flat, head neutral and core tight. Keep your feet shoulder width apart.
2) Start with the dumbbells in your hands - face the palms down.
1) Twist the palms up as you lift the dumbbells outwards and above your head in an arc-like motion.
2) Pause at the top. Now, reverse the movement back to the starting position.
