Setup instructions

1) Stand a foot or 2 in front of a wall and face it.

2) Place a foam roller between you and the wall. Lean into it with your forearms.

Perform instructions

1) Extend your arms up on the wall and pause at the top.

2) Now, bend your elbows and lower your arms back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
