Setup instructions

1) Lie on the resistance band and place it under your hips. Grab each end and rest your arms by your sides.

Perform instructions

1) Keep your arms straight and pull the band towards the ceiling.

2) Pause at the top and squeeze the shoulder blades together. Now, slowly lower your arms back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
