Wobble Board Seated (Forward & Back)

Setup instructions

1) Place the wobble board on the floor.

2) Sit upright on the seat/box and plant the feet on the board - chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

Perform instructions

1) Point your feet forward and angle the board towards the floor - try not to let your feet leave the board.

2) Now, point your feet up and angle the board upwards - so the back of the board has contact with the floor.

3) Follow this pattern and repeat.
