Setup instructions

1) Stand tall on the wobble board - tilt your feet up so the back of the board is touching the floor.

Perform instructions

1) Tilt your feet forward so the front of the board is touching the floor - pause here.

2) Tilt your feet back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
