1) Move to the end of your seat. Sit tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.
2) Hinge forward from the hips and rest your left hand on your thigh. Straighten your right arm towards the floor and clasp your hand.
1) Bend your elbow and bring your hand closer to your chest.
2) Pause at the endpoint and squeeze your shoulder blades together. Now, reverse the movement back to the starting position.
