Setup instructions

1) Sit tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

2) Keep the arms straight and point them to the floor.

Perform instructions

1) Lift your shoulders upwards.

2) Pause for a second and slowly lower to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
