BOSU Banded Overhead Roll

1) Place the BOSU dome side down.
2) Step on the BOSU safely with feet shoulder width apart. Only start once you've gained your balance and feel comfortable.
3) Start by holding the band with an overhand grip - pull it apart wider than shoulder width.
1) Keeping the band tension, lift it up and over your head - it should end up behind you.
2) Pause for a second. Now, lift the band up and over your head again to the starting position.
