Setup instructions
1) Place the wobble board on the floor.
2) Start on all fours with arms slightly in front of your shoulders - put both hands on the wobble board. Lean forward so the arms are now directly under the shoulders. Keep the back flat, core tight and head neutral.
Perform instructions
1) Hold this position until the end of the timer.
