Suspension Strap Side Stretch

1) Start with a high anchor point and attach the suspension strap - it should be mid length.
2) Face side on towards the anchor (it should be to your left). Grab the handles with an overhand grip.
1) Move your right foot behind your left, extend your arms and push your hip out in the opposite direction. You'll feel a stretch on your right side.
2) Hold until the end of the timer.
