1) Sit on the machine - place your feet on the pedals and hold onto the handles.
Note: aim for the seat to be hip height. If you're over stretching your lower leg, the seat maybe too high. Adjust if needed. Also, lean slightly forward and have a strong core. When you're pushing the handle forward, don't overstretch.
1) Drive your foot forward as well as the handle - begin peddling (push and pull the handles).
2) You'll notice the machine will come on. Press start and select your level.
