Setup instructions

1) Stand with your chest up and core tight.

2) Start with the plates in either hand - let them hang by your waist.

Perform instructions

1) Keep the arms straight and raise them either side.

2) Now, bend your elbows at 90 degrees.

3) Keeping the bend in your elbows, rotate up towards the ceiling - pause for a second.

4) Rotate your arms back down so the forearms are parallel to the floor.

5) Extend your arms out until they're straight.

6) Lower your arms back down to the starting position.

7) Repeat.
