Setup instructions

1) Stand tall on the wobble board with one leg - tilt your foot up so the back of the board is touching the floor.

Perform instructions

1) Tilt your foot forward. The front of the board should be touching the floor - pause here.

2) Tilt your foot back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
