Wobble Board Seated (Circle)
- Wobble Board
1) Place the wobble board on the floor.
2) Sit upright on the seat/box and plant the feet on the board - chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.
1) Move the board in a clockwise circular motion. As you do this, make the side have contact with the floor - try not to let your feet leave the board.
2) Now, do the same in an anticlockwise motion.
3) Follow this pattern and repeat.
