Setup instructions

1) Stand tall on the wobble board - press your right foot down so the side of the board is touching the floor.

Perform instructions

1) Press your left foot down so the side of the board is touching the floor - pause here.

2) Press down on your right side so you're back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
