Plate Truck Driver

Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

2) Hold the plate out in front of your chest - extend your arms. It's important to hold the weight by its sides.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly tilt the plate to your right until the hands are vertical to the floor. This will cause the right hand to be on top, the left hand to cup the bottom and the left elbow to bend slightly.

2) Hold for a second and return to the starting position.

3) Repeat on the other side.
