Wobble Board Seated (Left & Right)

Setup instructions

1) Place the wobble board on the floor.

2) Sit upright on the seat/box and plant the feet on the board - chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

Perform instructions

1) Press your right foot down and angle the board to the floor (to the right) - try not to let your feet leave the board.

2) Now, press into your left foot and angle the board to the floor (to the left).

3) Follow this pattern and repeat.
