Resistance Band Reverse Fly Hold (Mid Anchored)

Setup instructions
1) Attach the band to a mid anchor point about 1 or 2 meters in front of you.
2) Grab the band with a firm grip.
Perform instructions
1) Keep a slight bend in the elbows and pull the band outwards.
2) Hold it in place until the end of the timer.
