Battle Ropes Kneeling Overhead Pull

Setup instructions
1) Have the battle rope coiled up in an area behind you - hold one end of the rope.
2) Kneel down and face the opposite way - have both shins on the floor with your back towards the pile. Lift your arms above your head (keep your triceps in place).
Perform instructions
1) Pull the rope so the pile ends up in front of you.
