Overhead Roll Chest & Shoulder Stretch with Pole

Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, back flat and core tight.

2) Start by holding the pole with an overhand wide grip

Perform instructions

1) Starting with the grip relatively wide, lift it up and over your head untill you feel a stretch/pull across the chest or shoulders
Do not lean back, keep core tight and keep arms outstretched, no bending at the elbow during the movement.

2) Pause at the stretch point.
Then slowly bring the pole up and over your head again to the starting position, again trying not to bend at the elbow during the move.

3) Repeat and narrow the grip where flexibility allows.
