Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, back flat and core tight.

2) Start by holding the band with an overhand grip - pull it apart wider than shoulder width.

Perform instructions

1) Keeping the band tension, lift the band up and over your head - it should end up behind you.

2) Pause for a second. Now, lift the band up and over your head again to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
