Overhead Roll Chest & Shoulder Stretch with Resistance Band

Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, back flat and core tight.

2) Start by holding the band with an overhand grip - pull it apart wider than shoulder width.

Perform instructions

1) Keeping the band under tension, lift the band up and over your head untill you feel a stretch/pull across the chest or shoulders
Do not lean back, keep core tight and keep arms outstretched, no bending at the elbow during the movement.

2) Pause at the stretch point.
Then slowly bring the band up and over your head again to the starting position, again trying not to bend at the elbow during the move.

3) Repeat.
