Receiving a booking request

Here’s how it looks to the recipient. If you notice, the tile isn’t in full colour. This means it’s unconfirmed and the recipient needs to action it.

To confirm your attendance, you can either:

Confirm from the dashboard — press “I’ll be there”.

Confirm in the booking request — within the notification centre press the highlighted link. Or in your ‘Bookings’ area, click the tile.

Tip: PROs can invite PROs to bookings. For example, you could be a PT but want a physiotherapist. It’s the same process but the host tile will be inverted to look slightly different.

It’s a quick way to identify if you’re hosting or attending.
