Begin a plan and click an exercise to launch ‘demo mode’.
As the name suggests, you’ll be able to see demonstrations of the exercise and log your metrics (with a cool animation).
Note: Anything related to ‘time’ is only visible in demo mode. This includes rests, stopwatch & the timer — more on this later.
Move forward and back by clicking the arrows at the bottom. You also have a progress bar as a visual cue.
Tip: Want to reset an exercise you’ve already done? Just click the redo arrow at the top
