We wanted to make this quick and efficient!
Main Steps:
In your ‘Plans area’…
- Create a Plan by giving it a Name & Interest.
- Click, ‘add an exercise’ then ‘Choose from library’.
Note: From here you can filter by keyword search, muscle group & difficulty. We’d recommend to do this as there’s over 2000 to choose from.
- Pick your exercise, click ‘Next’ then ‘Save’.
Now, we just need to update targets... On the overview screen:
- Click ‘Update targets’ and fill in your metrics.
Done!

Q — Can anyone create plans?
A — Yes! Everyone can create plans (clients, connections, professionals)
Q — Why is this available to all?
A — It’s our philosophy to not alienate users. Maybe you don’t need help from a PRO but want to create workout plans for yourself. We think we’ve created a kickass feature and want everyone to benefit from it. Of course you can use this professionally and send to clients. Use however you wish.
