CrossFit® - Diane

Diane is a CrossFit® workout of the day (WOD). You only need a barbell, weight plates and a wall to complete this. On each round the reps reduce and you just complete all rounds in as short a time as possible.

The working weight for the deadlift is 100kg (225lbs) for men and 70kg (155lbs) for women. Don’t worry if that’s too much, start lower and work your weight up.
