CrossFit® - Elizabeth

Elizabeth is a CrossFit® workout of the day (WOD). You only need a barbell, weight plates and Olympic Rings to complete this. There are three rounds with the reps decreasing on each round.

The working weight on the barbell cleans is 60kg (136lbs) for men and 45kg (95lbs) for women. Don’t worry if that’s too much, start with a lower weight and work your way up.
