Quantum Trainer Rack Pull/Romanian Deadlift

Setup instructions

1) Attach the pronated grip handles to the Quantum Trainer
Ensure handles are set just below the knee

2) Hold with a overhand grip allow to hang in front of the legs

3) Set the feet around hip width (stance may be individualised).

Perform instructions

1) Whilst keeping the back flat and core strong, pull the bar up until the body is straight and the glutes/hamstrings and back are engaged

2) Keep the bar close to the front of the legs throughout.

3) Lower slowly to the start position keeping the back and neck straight and strong

4) Repeat for required reps.
