Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

Perform instructions

1) Lift your heels up slightly and start running towards your destination. Every time you strike the ground, land on the balls of your feet and keep the knees soft. This will help cushion the initial impact.
